How to check the installation status

1. Open Espen.Cloud

  • On your phone, tablet, or laptop, go to: https://espen.cloud

  • The page will display a field where you can enter the MAC address.

2. Enter the MAC Address

  • Find the MAC address on the label of the device.

  • Enter the MAC address in the white field on the webpage.

3. Verify the installation

After, the page will show the status of the installation.

You will be able to verify that the Espen has:

  • Internet connection: The Espen has been connected to the internet

  • Asset connection: The Espen can communicate with the inverter

  • Passed the installation test: The Installation was successful

If all three boxes are green, the installation is complete.

How to use the chat support

If you need help during an installation, please use the following process while still at the site:

  1. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page.
    ​

  2. A chat window will open.
    ​

  3. Select "Start a conversation", where you will be guided through a troubleshooting flow.

    1. If the most common errors are ruled out, you will be able to chat with our support. Installation cases have high priority and we answer swiftly during office hours (9:00-16:00).
