Integration process
Contact Fever’s integration team regarding how the site setup should look (currently primarily Hugo Freire). Ideally, you should choose a site that is representative of how the customers’ installations usually look.
After consulting Fever, please go ahead and provide the installer with a development box and share the following link for the Development Box Installation instructions. The link to the installation instructions can be shared with the installer.
Once installation is complete, please share the following details with Fever:
Development box serial number
Inverter brand
Inverter model
Inverter serial number
Battery brand
Battery model
Main fuse
Inverter power
Nominal battery capacity
PV kWp (if installed)
Post code of site
Once Fever receives this information, the integration process can begin. We would appreciate having a point of contact for any questions that may arise.
