1. Schedule deactivation in Fever Enterprise
Log in to Fever Enterprise and locate the correct site using the MAC ID of the Espen gateway.
Go into the site and click on the asset, scroll down until you see the deactivation option.
Proceed to schedule a deactivation for the desired date.
2. Disconnect the Fever Espen
After the scheduled deactivation date has passed, disconnect the Fever Espen gateway at the site.
This requires unplugging and removing the cables connected to the gateway.
Depending on the site setup, this step may need to be performed by a certified installer or electrician.
3. Restore inverter configuration (if applicable)
Some inverter models require custom configuration changes during installation of the Fever Espen gateway.
If this applies, ensure the installer restores the inverter settings to their original configuration.
Refer to the relevant installation manual and reverse any custom settings applied during the Espen installation.
Once the system has been deactivated, the Espen gateway disconnected, and any custom settings restored, the offboarding process is complete.
The customer is now fully offboarded from Fever.
