Pixii Onboarding

Here’s how the testing and onboarding process for the Pixii Powershaper works.

Updated over 4 months ago

For the Pixii Powershaper, Fever uses the manufacturer’s own gateway to operate the batteries to reduce costs for end customers.

To test a Pixii Powershaper for onboarding and qualification purposes, Fever needs access to the site’s credentials. Here are the steps you need to take.

  1. Ensure that Fever receives access to remote.it for both the master gateway and the clients (cabinets).

  2. Ensure that Fever receives credentials for the master node as well as all clients (cabinets).

  3. Check that the firmware for master and clients is at least 2.0.x (or a later version).

  4. Ensure the system gets calibrated prior to the test. This will affect performance and is particularly important to ensure that you get as much out of the asset as possible.

When this is done, Fever will be able to start running tests and onboarding the asset.
