Installation steps
Power Supply
Connect 9-30V AC/DC to ‘power’ input. Note: power over USB will not work.
Network
Connect ethernet port.

Connection
Modbus TCP - Recommended
Connect the controller on the same local network as the Energy Asset (e.g. Battery system or PV) and Metering.
Modbus RS485 - If Modbus TCP is not supported
Connect the included 3-poled connector to one of ‘Channel 1-3’ on the controller.
Connect the other end to the Modbus connector of the device.
RS485 polarity: A, B and G refers to the labels on the controller.
Note: There is a chance that the installer needs to switch polarity A/B, since the standard of labelling modbus-polarity is inconsistent among manufacturers.
